SECURITY  
 

Providing a safe and secure environment for your clients' personal and financial information is paramount to us.  We go the extra mile to insure that no one tampers with or has unauthorized access to your clients' information.  We are PCI-DSS Verified Level 1 Service Providers and have undergone an on-site security evaluation by a Certified Security Assors. Further, our public IP's are scanned regularly by a third party company to ensure that we meet all security criteria currently existing. Our servers are housed in a secure SAS-70 certified facility, manned 24/7/365, only authorized personnel are permitted access.  ePayments Network uses state-of-the-art routers and MS/ISA Server firewalls with triple strength protection and DES encoding to keep the hackers and unauthorized people out.  Transaction Processing Partners of Texas, Inc., the owners and operators of the ePayments Network, is a verified PCI-DSS 1.2 Level 1 Service Provider.

Picture1.jpg 1.  Personnel at the check-in area match government issued picture ID to recorded ID in the real-time "Approved Access Database" before access to the facility is permitted.
CCTV Surveillance. 3.  A 49 color camera, IP-based CCTV surveillance system records full motion video to multiple Digital Video Recorders and takes video clips upon every door opening.
Computer Cabinets.

5.  Each computer cabinet in the facility's computer room is individually keyed and lockable.

Dry pipe spriklers. 7.  Dual Interlock, Dry Pipe, Pressurized Pre-action sprinkler system ensures no water above any equipment in the Data Center
Liebert Glycol condesers. 9.  Liebert Glycol Condensing Units (GCUs) provide over 1,000 tons of capacity and configured with N 4 redundancy.
Redundant UPS system. 11.  Parallel, Redundant Uninterrupted Power Supplies (UPSs) can provide up to 30 minutes runtime at full load without assistance from Generators.
Redundant PDS. 13.  Redundant Power Distribution Switchboards condition and distribute power.

Hand Key Biometric Access Control System.

2.  In addition to a "man-trap" entrance at check-in, Hand Key Biometric Access Control systems are used throughout the entire Data Center.

 

Exterior protection. 4.  Concrete filled, steel reinforced barriers and barbed wire fencing surround the exterior while external cameras monitor the outside environment.
FM 200 fire suppression. 6.  Four levels of fire suppression include a state-of-the-art FM-200, a non-conductive and non-corrosive gas system that is a safe alternative to halon.
Computer Room A/C 8.  20, 30-ton Liebert CRACs (Computer Room Air Conditioners) ensure constant temperature and humidity levels.
UPS, ATS, PDS, Breakers. 10.  Uninterrupted Power Supplies, Automatic Transfer Switches, Power Distribution Switchboards, Power Breakers.
Redundant ATS. 12.  Redundant Automatic Transfer Switches (ATSs) condition and distribute power from the dedicated 400 Megawatt Austin Energy electrical substation.
Caterpillar Diesel Generators. 14.  Redundant Caterpillar Diesel Generators start and synchronize to the UPS systems in under 10 seconds.
