Item fee    Charged for each item processed	Volume priced starting as low as $0.10.  Group rates may apply.
Return fee    Charged for items returned unpaid by your customer's bank.	$25 per return/correction
Overdraft fee Charged if your ePay-Recurring account is overdrawn	$25 per occurance
Pended item fee Item(s) that require verification with you.	$25 per pended item
Instant notification system (INS) fee The INS notifies you, by email or cell phone, of returned or declined items	$15 per month, unlimited notifications
Risk analysis penalty Charged for items that are over your: transaction, daily or monthly limit.	10% of overlimit amount
Research fee If you request us to research your account for periods past 45 days.	$75 per retrival plus costs
Bank or customer inquiry Charged when your custormer or your customer's bank inquires about a transaction.	$5 per inquiry
Data entry fee Charged if we enter your customer's data for you at your request.	$5 per entry
Statement fee Creation of, and online access to statement of account.	$25
Set up fee (one time) Charged for setting up and provisioning your account.	$249
Annual account renewal fee Keeps your client database and the internet computer and software systems current	$150
Discount fee Charged against the total dollar amount of each transaction	2.79%
Account maintenance fee.  (Based on term of agreement). Monthly maintenance fee	$149 per month
